My AC went out and didn’t really have a company I trusted to call so I looked on Google. I looked at reviews and the fact their family owned. They had good ratings so I made an appointment. They came out and impressed me in every way. Sent reminders and calls to know they were coming. When I called the office for a question, I got a REAL person not a machine. Chase explained to me what was going on and how the system works. Very respectful, pit shoe covers on, punctual. To me as a customer, my pet peeve is customer service. We all work hard for our money and when we spend it, it should be with people that respect that not large companies or small for that matter that just expect it. Sometimes smaller companies might cost a little more but it’s about what you’re will to pay for. Your time and peace or money. Thank you Chance for making my first experience a great one.
