We have been using Fox Heating and Air for years. They replaced both of our air conditioning units a few years back and they work great. Now we have the deal with Fox where they come out twice a year, once in the fall to tune up the heating units and once in the spring to check the Air Conditioning units. We feel good in that we’re doing the preventative work that will prevent system failures when it’s either very hot or cold. Today we had surge protectors added to the heating units per their recommendations.
As long as the heating and air work as expected on the hot and the cold days, we are happy customers.
