He arrived right on time, was professional and courteous throughout the visit, and completed the maintenance efficiently. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our system and was able to fix it immediately on the spot. We truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service. I am a member of Fox's HVAC Maintenance Program and it has been an excellent experience and something I recommend. While it's impossible to predict when your unit might fail, annual inspections can help head off certain issues. Fox's called me on their own to set up an appointment and the timing worked out perfectly with the high temperature arriving. Mac was the technician who came today. I received a heads up he was on the way. He was very professional, presented me with his business card, and asked if I had any concerns or issues. He used shoe covers when inside and made sure there was no insulation on the carpet.The entire inspection in the attic and outside was never rushed and was very thorough! After the inspection, he reported and explained his findings with lots of pictures of my system and the tests done! He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had none. The inspection went well. This experience reinforced my relationship with Fox. Good honest people doing good honest work who have your back if something goes wrong! I recommend them for inspections, maintenance, and more! I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently. When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate. “Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself. When Ryan and I talked about my purchasing a new HVAC system, he said “We are ALL about reputation. We never do anything that might jeopardize that”. Fox Family Heating & Air lived up to that statement. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!

They call when they are on their way and show up on time - they are professional and up-front on what you may need done... Ryan was the best, he serviced our AC in the summer and came back in the fall to service our heater... I highly recommend them...
