Destin was great! Showed up early, went through inspection/maintenance items efficiently and thoroughly, and gave me a full report with pictures when done. Was friendly, direct, and no sales pressure, which I appreciate!

Mack was on time and professional. Explained process, and services he was performing. Informed of additional needed maintenance and he would relay to office to schedule.

I had a very positive experience this week with Zach from Fox heating and Air in Sacramento. Zach completed an internal cleaning of our units ceiling fan motor blades in a short window of time for a rental unit. Fox is an honest company that has trained techs and will give you an honest evaluation and service when needed and offers a maintenance plan to avoid spikes in cost to owners.

Zack was kind and courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything and explains it so a mom can understand. Fox always takes such good care of us!

The two Jake's came out to replace my mom's HVAC yesterday and did an exceptional job. They were friendly, courteous and very hard working. They were out the door in about 7ish hours with everything setup, cleaned up and working perfectly. We would definitely recommend both of them and Fox Family HVAC.

William performed above and beyond not only fixing our problem but also took care of other issues that needed to be addressed. I have been extremely impressed with his professionalism if he is an example of your company I look forward to continued exceptional service in the future

The tech that helped my mom, Hagan Dreher, was one of the most friendliest ppl I’ve ever encountered and super knowledgeable about our furnaces’ issues. Would highly recommend his and Fox’s services!

Matthew Weathers serviced our HVAC system and was very efficient and professional. He answered all of our questions including photo reviews of work. FOX is a family owned business doing business in Sacramento for decades and we are signed up on a seasonal maintence plan.They installed a new variable speed 16 SEER Trane unit on Nov 2019 and it works great. They have a great warranty and bi-annual maintenance plan which we pay on a low monthly basis. Customers looking at new systems should at least get a quote from this company

Good honest service with great manners and customer service. Keoki was great. No hard sell/upsell for unnecessary things, which is nice as well.

Destin E. came over to do my seasonal hvac tune up and did a great job. This company has taken great care of my entire hvac system and highly recommend their services.

Chase was very professional, respectful and thorough. He offered to replace my air filter for me and explained everything that he did for the servicing. Chase showed me pictures of everything including some wear and tear on some parts that might need attention in the future with a quote for the repair/replacement. He even took a minute to say hi to my dogs that were patiently waiting to meet him. Every employee I’ve ever dealt with at Fox has been amazing!

Had a maintenance service today and my tech was Marco. He was thorough, nice and professional. He showed me multiple options at different price points for some of the recommended work which I really appreciated. I’ve never had a bad visit with any tech honestly.

Today, 10/29/2026, Service Tech Keoki Spaeth provided the semi-annual heating maintenance on my unit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our property. Job well done.

Update: Oct 29, 2026 Matthew performed the heating inspection. He explained the tasks performed and showed the photos. Happy with the service provided. Still highly recommend Fox family hearing and air. Nick explained everything about the system and the work performed. There was no upselling pressure. Happy with the service provided. Highly recommend.
