Hagen was incredibly knowledgeable, used wonderful metaphors to explain what was going on to distill the mechanics of the capacitor and the blower machine. He was more than willing to spend a lot of time afterwards to chat about the process. He’s a true professional, and you definitely have a great employee on your hands.

We had our old HVAC system replaced by Fox Family Heating & Air. They did a great job all the way around. Starting with the estimate, a technician (Colin) came to our to our house, looked at our old unit, measured square footage, gave us options, without any selling pressure at all. Next, Melissa got all of the loan documents together and set up the install dates, etc. The installation was completed in two full days. Amazing considering we were going from a old ground unit to a split system to be installed in our attic space which required cutting in registers, removing old ducting under the house, installing new furnace unit & A/C unit, etc.. Colin and his crew worked hard on this job and it showed. We couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU, Fox Heating & Air crew! All of you did a fantastic job!

Zachary was on time and was very professional and friendly. He explained the work he performed in an understandable way and alerted me to a potential issue but did not pressure me to buy anything.

I had an excellent experience with Fox Air Conditioning. Matthew and Jake were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right without trying to upsell anything we didn’t need. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the care they took to leave everything clean when they finished. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend Fox Air Conditioning, especially if you have the chance to work with Matthew and Jake. Great service from start to finish.

Keoki did a great job showing me what the problem was I my AC unit. I like learning so if it happens again, I know what to look for. I was a little surprized at the $$ for 45 minutes of work. However, he did offer me a coupon and member discounts. And I was happy with the final costs. He had a wonderful attitude and enjoyed answering all my questions!! Thank you! P.S. my cat is thankful the AC now works too!

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Joey which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Joey did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Joey be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us and wish to have him service our units in the future.
