Have had Fox Family since moving into our house and have been happy with each of their visits. Recently Matt W. assisted with a diagnosis and repair and when the issue retuned was there the next morning to resolve our issues.

I’ve had Fox Family AC and heating company for many years, and they always do a great job. Matthew came out today for maintenance, and as always, he was professional, thorough, veru knowledgeable and took the time to really explain in detail the maintenance he did. I really appreciate their consistent quality and excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable HVAC care. Thank you Matthew!

They’ve been really great and professional working with them during my HVAC replacement nearly 2 years ago and the subsequent follow-ups for routine tune ups that are included during those first 2 years. While you may be able to find some sketchy companies that are cheaper, you get what you pay for and more with Fox Family- top tier courtesy, professionalism, and performance. Definitely a great and reliable company. Added update: A few days ago we had some water start leaking from where the filter is placed, at no fault to the company, due to the drain line being clogged. It’s an old house. After I narrowed it down to being related to the HVAC (before I knew about the clog) I called to see if they could come out. They came out same day, in summer, and didn’t charge me a thing. They did a temporary fix that day, so no more water dripping in the house, and are returning soon do a permanent fix- to which I have been assured there will also be no charge. I wish I took note of the technician’s name, he was great, but they’ve all been very good. Quality service and professionalism, excellent company.

William was very amicable and quite knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful regarding my questions and concerns. He even went the extra mile to explain how to install a new app. designed thermostat if I wanted to purchase one in the future. Thanks Again William! Your The Best!

Had our annual inspection with Jay as our service technician. Great guy and super detailed. Gave us a checklist and photo breakdown showing everything he inspected to ensure our system was running in top condition. Asked if we had any other concerns before wrapping up. Definitely recommend him as your tech.

Jalen was professional and meticulous at diagnosing our A/C, which went kaput in the middle of summer. He figured out it was the circuit board and had the part on his truck. The house was cool by the time he left.

I am very pleasantly surprised by this company. I called to schedule an appointment last week, and they had an available appointment for today. The technician that came out, Keoki, was friendly and honest. After looking at my thermostat, he showed me what the problem was and explained how to set it. He was very patient while he explained how I could make my system work more effectively and made sure It was working well before he left. Never once I did I feel like he was pushing me to buy anything or make any unnecessary repairs. (Which was what I was most afraid of base on past experiences with other companies). For that reason, I highly recommended FOX FAMILY heating and air. In fact, I scheduled an appointment for them to go see my parents at there house. From here on out, they will be the only hvac company we’ll be calling. Thank goodness, i was stressing out about the summer heat.

We have been with Fox for many years and they always do a great job. Leanne did the maintenance on both of our houses today, he is always polite and explains everything he did. I would highly recommend getting on the maintenance program for a peace of mind.

Matthew was amazing. He helped me find a leak in my ducts and saved us money by switching our billing from annual to monthly for the labor warranty. Very polite, prompt and thorough.

Nick Johnson provided outstanding HVAC service. He was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced in his work. He answered all our questions, explained the process in simple terms, and completed the job efficiently. It’s reassuring to work with someone who truly cares about customer service and quality work. I would definitely request Nick again in the future.

Matthew came to service my equipment today, he was very nice and cleaned up after. No hard sell either. Mark installed the unit and was excellent as well.
