I had some dust in my room so I thought maybe my duct was leaking. Alex from Fox Family Heating and Air came out and took care of the problem. I had them do my insulation in attic and duct work. They were very professional and taking care of any concerns afterward. I definitely will have them install my new a/c later when needed. Several months later I had a duct problem that was no fault of theirs. They came out and installed a new one and didn't charge me. Thank you Mac for such a good and clean job.

Jalen was very polite and did an excellent job!!!! We would like him to be our permanent service technician if possible. He is A GREAT representative of your company. He has wonderful communication skills!!!

This was my regular heating and air conditioner . As always Hagen was amazing! He was so polite and explained what he was there for and what he was going to do. He asked permission to access my equipment and put his booties on before he came in! He Let me know when he was finished, and if there was anything that I wanted him to show me about his report and everything was fine. You have a great employee. The reason I stay with Fox And refer you to my friends is because of the wonderful follow up. I know when I call I will get someone who speaks English who I understand and understands me and is always polite. The courtesy they show and their great service. I have been with them for years and will continue to be.

Jay came early, and was patient and gracious. Seemed very thorough evaluating and tuning up our HVAC. will continue to have this company service our equipment.

Matthew from Fox, family heating and air came to give our AC unit its summer tuneup. Great service always! Our AC went out in the middle of summer a couple of years ago and we had Fox Family install the new system. They were amazing and the technicians that come out to do the tuneups are just as fabulous. Can’t say enough about Matthew always very clean and polite. Explains to me what he’s doing. Great service highly recommend.

He was patient while explaining his work and me asking questions. Would definitely like to continue working with him and the company.

Meiji did a great job after explaining the issue. All of the techs that have come from the company have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Definitely will recommend this company to friends and family .

My technician was Destin and he was awesome. Very friendly and professional, and took his time explaining all the work he completed.

Terrell was professional and very customer focused. He let me know everything he planned to get done and how long he thought it was going to take. He completed the maintenance service and asked if there was anything else I needed. I ended up adding my second package unit to a maintenance plan. So far, I'm very satisfied with Fox Heating and Air.

Super fast and great service.

Called Fox Family out for a second opinion. They sent a Service Technician out the next day named Hagen. He was knowledgeable and double checked everything that was explained to me by a different company. Hagen found the route of the problem and did an excellent job getting my AC running smoothly!!
