Destin was our service tech today. He did an amazing job with all the checkpoints. He changed our filters and hosed off our outdoor unit. He thoroughly explained everything on the final checklist. 5 stars!

Another outstanding servicing of my HVAC system today from technician Destin E. during our annual AC maintenance and inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and explained in detail everything that he inspected and serviced. He knew to wear his booties before entering our home (not like the RC Willey delivery men who refused to use booties due to safety hazards, not!)! Destin is mature, courteous and a pleasure to work with! He is a credit and a valued asset to Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning!

Very happy with the service received from Fox Family Air & Heating. They provide great customer service, easy communication and transparency with all aspects of the HVAC purchase/maintenance process. I most recently had a tuneup from Keoki who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (as I know nothing about HVACs). Keoki went above and beyond what I felt was expected for the visit, so I really would like to sincerely give him a kudos for his work and service. I highly recommend Fox for any service they offer. 8/14/26 update - Lesane provided a tuneup/routine check and he was outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked on the things he needed to do and then gave a thorough report with pictures at the conclusion. I cannot say enough good things, he is definitely an asset. 10/10

So grateful for this company! They keep me sane by having flexible scheduling and good communication, and Will and Carson have both kept our system running smoothly after a hard summer a few years ago. This company actually makes my life easier, and I post this for anyone else looking for a reliable company.

He addressed the concerns that we shared with him, and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything. This level of customer service is why we’ll stick with Fox Family Heating and Air!

So glad I went with Fox Family Heating and Air, this is a very good company, with fair price's and great customer service. I am very happy with my big purchase of a heating and AC unit. Terrell was a great technician who serviced my unit, and he was very polite and professional.

Chase worked well and explained the findings of my HVAC examination. The whole procedure went well and I am pleased to continue being served by Fox. I have yet to decide on when to update my system.

Matthew was great. Inspected our ducting and unit and explained everything clearly. He even took the time to explain how we can fix our disconnected duct in our crawl space ourselves.

I had a great experience with my HVAC installation. Aidan and Mark did an outstanding job from start to finish. Mark was the lead, and his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out. He made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to explain things along the way. Aidan was also excellent—hardworking, professional, and very respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the quality of their work and how respectful and friendly they both were. If these two are representative of the company, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. Great job, Mark and Aidan!

This is a professional company with great employees. Zachary checked my entire system and found the Capacitor was dead. Replaced the part and had me up and running in no time. He was thorough and courteous. I signed up for the maintenance plan even though I have a home warranty service that covered the HVAC. I've not been pleased with the contractors the warranty company sends and the headaches they caused. Fox Family is now my HVAC's Primary Physician.
