I had excellent service from Hagen at Fox Family Heating and Air. He was one of the most polite young men I have ever met. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He serviced our heating system as expected but also found an issue with our air conditioner unit in the process. That was quickly fixed under warranty and Hagen arranged for a cleaning of the unit to be done at our twice yearly service calls so it won’t happen again. Thank you so much Hagen and good luck with your career!

Here’s a polished review you can post: I cannot say enough good things about Fox Family Heating & Air! Our air conditioner stopped cooling, so I called on a Saturday hoping to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, they were able to get me scheduled the very next day—on a Sunday! Our technician, Marco, was outstanding. He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and took the time to answer all of my questions. Even better, the parts that needed to be replaced were already stocked on his truck, so the repair was completed the same day. No waiting for parts or additional appointments. Fox Family Heating & Air has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Their customer service is excellent, their pricing is very fair, and I love their maintenance plan. Every technician I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, kind, professional, and has done exceptional work. I was extremely impressed with Chase from Fox Family Heating and Air. This was my first contact with the company and I was pleased with them. Chase diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and helped me come up with a possible solution. Not only did he show me the issues, he listened to me and helped me come up with a possible solution. Being heard made me feel like this isn't a company that is just interested in sales. As a result, I found my go-to company for servicing my heater and air conditioner.

William was great today. Very polite and knowledgeable. A fuse had to be replaced on an A/C unit and was under a “partial” warranty. I’m not sure what that means, but it did take $200 off the bill. He was not able to tell me why this happened but that he has been replacing a lot of these lately. The work was done quickly and solved the problem. Happy with the service.

Amazing service! Very knowledgeable and works well with first time homeowners.

We got a call to let us know when technician is on the way. He showed up 12 minutes later. He was knowledgeable, found the issue (which was minor), fixed it. He checked heating, then cooling, then heating again. Since we had planned to have a "tune up" plan, he waived the fee to show up. 2 June 2026. Today we had our semi annual checkup. We got a call from the office, and 15 minutes later the service technician arrived. He was careful to wear disposable booties inside the house. We received a thorough checkup, inside and outside, had the filter replaced. After 40-45 minutes, we discussed his findings. He had about 20 pictures, and his discussion was detailed, together with desired and actual numbers for capacity, efficiency. We also discussed what should be done soon (he recommended nothing) and in the future. He gave us estimates for the future. He left us with his own contact information should we have additional questions. An excellent experience.

Noticed our AC unit wasn't cooling, so I did some extensive research to find a company that wasn't a massive scam machine and also wasn't a one-person show,...

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently. When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate. “Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself. All communications, either by phone or Email were prompt and business like. They performed all of their work to a high degree. They took the extra time to do it perfectly and finished in one day. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
