William is excellent! William is the second technician that Fox sent to service our system. Both he and Carson are excellent at their trade. William took the time to review his findings with me/us and answered our questions and concerns in straightforward language. William provided a practical and honest assessment of our HVAC issues and provided options for addressing the issues. Highly recommend this organization for your HVAC needs.

Since Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my old unit, I've been very Happy 😊. Recently I had the pleasure of having Jay do a follow up inspection on my new unit. We reviewd the system and any questions. He was great and a credit to the company.

He was able to diagnose our heat pump issue in a very timely manner and helped walk us through how to get it fixed through our warranty. Matthew from Fox Family Heating and Air provided very good service for my AC unit at my residence. He came over to do an annual maintenance on the unit to make sure it runs smoothly without any problems. He was skilled and knowledgeable in his field of work . He was also professional and cordial. Marco has now serviced my HVAC unit twice, once in winter and just now for summer. He is professional and knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I called Fox out last year to correct a faulty job done by a different contractor that installed my unit, which caused a slow leak which ended up breaking through my ceiling and causing serious damage. Been very happy with Fox's services since then.

Fox Family Heating & Air Conditioning has been our trusted HVAC provider for the past couple of years at our Shingle Springs home. When my mom moved to El Dorado Hills a few months ago, I contacted them to inspect her new system and set it up for regular bi-annual maintenance. Matthew was the technician who came out, and he delivered the same thorough, professional service we've come to expect. He identified several items that needed attention, took clear photos, and provided detailed notes explaining his findings. Mark and Matthew are part of a great team. Since we had our system installed in December 2023, it has worked very well with no problems. Matthew was out today for our A/C inspection and was very thorough and efficient and a very pleasant young man.

I was having A/C issues and Jalen came out at the time he said he would. He is a polite young man and was very thorough and knowledgeable on his troubleshooting the issue. He checked everything out and because I am on the Fox service plan, I was not charged for his time. This kid has a bright future in front of him. I highly recommend Fox family for your HVAC needs.

We got three estimates for replacing our old HVAC with an all electric split system. Marco Agpoon and Terrell Logan were the technicians who came today to do the spring servicing of my HVAC system. I subscribe to Fox's bi-annual seasonal servicing that occurs in the spring and again in the fall. I have always found the technicians employed by Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning are friendly, efficient, and thorough. They took their time, took pictures of the unit's components and measurement readings, and explained everything clearly. They also sent me all the pictures that were taken during the visit for my records. I have always been pleased with all my interactions with Fox, including the office staff who are also friendly and great at any follow up required. It's a very professional and easy company to do business with.

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently. When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate. “Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it.
