Fox Family continues to provide excellent customer service each and every time they come out, that's one of the main reasons why we are continuing customers. Today's visit was no exception: Hagen was punctual, friendly, considerate of our home, and just generally very enjoyable. He explained everything at the level of detail we were comfortable with and kept us apprised of his activities and findings. Can't recommend Hagen, and Fox Family, highly enough.
