I received a reminder call Tuesday for the service visit coming on Wednesday. I got another call Wednesday morning letting me know when the technician was going to arrive. Marco came on time, performed his analysis on our unit, and gave a very thorough review of how it was operating and some recommendations on keeping it running smoothly. We are pleased with the whole process Fox Family Heating & Air has provided us. Thumbs up for the technician Marco!
