I've used Fox Family for the past couple of years, nursing my ancient HVAC through its final days. They've always been responsive, honest, patient, and caring. I trust them. I recently scheduled to have my 26 year old system replaced, as I'm concerned about it giving up in the middle of a heat wave. Project Manager, Keoki, has been extremely helpful, informative and responsive to my needs in this matter. I will update after the system is installed. I highly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air.

I finally bit the bullet and had my new HVAC installed by Fox. The project took one day (starting promptly as 7AM) and went without a problem. They even returned with two new ceiling grates to replace the existing ones that were original to the house. The system works great and I am very relieved not having to worry about whether my AC will work or not when I turn it on. I no longer have to fear heat waves. At any rate, my experience with Fox was smooth and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Update: I just had a six month service on my new HVAC, which works great. The Fox technician, Marco, was very friendly and highly professional. He showed me how to replace the filters, which are now located inside the furnace rather than in the hallway ceiling as before. Everything looked good. I'm happy to recommend Fox for service, repairs, or a new system.

4/26: Fox technician Zachary came by today and performed a preseason servicing on my AC. Zachary was friendly, professional, and thorough. Everything checks out to be in excellent shape for the upcoming summer, which threatens to be another hot one. I am very pleased with Fox Family and their excellent technicians, and glad to have a youthful AC system to count on.

Our house needed a completely new system and we switched from gas to electric. The pricing was reasonable considering it was a complete system overhaul. The crew that came out for the installation: Jake, Ryan, and Dustin, did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. If you’re considering putting in a new system or getting repairs on an existing unit this is a great company to consider. Every step of the way has been very transparent and streamlined effectively. Last week my 22 year old system completely failed, this week I have a brand new one that works amazing. Great work and thank you very much!

Hands down, best HVAC peeps I have had the opportunity to work with. Friendly, courteous and great work. Recently technician Zack Smith serviced my AC unit before summer. Great guy and great, trustworthy work.

Update... They came again to service my A/C before summer. Hagen was the technician this time and he is awesome too. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. This is a great family owned business that does a terrific job of hiring and training their team.
