Update Feb2026: Had a scheduled checkup from Matthew today; he did a great job as expected. He took tons of pictures and explained everything he did as part of the checkup. Thank you Fox Family!
Fox Family is great, Keoki lived up to that. He came in, found a minor error in the setup of our new HVAC system made a quick change and was on his way. Everyone from Fox Family is always prompt, they communicate excellently and always clean up after themselves. Great company.
