I am a member of Fox's HVAC Maintenance Program and it has been an excellent experience and something I recommend. While it's impossible to predict when your unit might fail, annual inspections can help head off certain issues. Fox's called me on their own to set up an appointment and the timing worked out perfectly with the high temperature arriving. Mac was the technician who came today. I received a heads up he was on the way. He was very professional, presented me with his business card, and asked if I had any concerns or issues. He used shoe covers when inside and made sure there was no insulation on the carpet.The entire inspection in the attic and outside was never rushed and was very thorough! After the inspection, he reported and explained his findings with lots of pictures of my system and the tests done! He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I had none. The inspection went well. This experience reinforced my relationship with Fox. Good honest people doing good honest work who have your back if something goes wrong! I recommend them for inspections, maintenance, and more!
