A year ago we contracted with Fox Family to put in a new HVAC system, removing our gas furnace and installing an electric heat pump system. We were cautioned that it would be a different heating experience. What we didn’t grasp is how we would be impacted by the limitations of our older duct work. Everything runs under our home so to change it out would have been extremely expensive and disruptive. I can’t give Fox high enough praise for their tireless efforts to work with us on creating a system that would eventually work with the limitations of our home. Fox Family has great employees who were always there for us, they could answer our questions and offer suggestions on how best to program our system so it worked for us. Fox was always conscious of our budget and found work-arounds to for our challenging installation. There Service technicians have been great.
A special shout out to Colin who installed our system, He was a great problem solver, always punctual, never left a mess and gave freely of his time to answer my countless questions on how heat pumps work. I’m so glad we chose to go with Fox Family, I feel they really stand behind the quality of their work and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
3/2/26 - We just had our last complimentary Service for our new heat pump. Matthew was as great a tech as the others have been. Very clear at explaining what he did and how our system is working. We feel in great hands with fox family and decided to sign up for on going service to keep up our warranty and get the best from our investment in this new system.
