Update 09/14/2026 - Terrell Logan Service Tech ROCKS!! He did a great job today with maintenance for my almost 4 year old system. Thank you for checking to see what filters would be best because I’m never sure. You went above and beyond today—as Fox always does! I love you guys!! Thank you, Terrell for the awesome service work today. Will see you at the next tune-up!
Update 11/06/2022 - I still love my new system!! The heater is amazing and I actually feel warmth instead of hot and cold air like I did from my old system. It maintains the temp and it's so nice in my home now. I love how it maintains the humidity too. My electric bill has decreased significantly as well!! Thank you, again, Keith. 🤗.
08/23/2022 - I LOVE YOU GUYS!! Today, you installed my new HVAC system. It is replacing my 30+ year old system that you have been maintaining all these years for me. The new Mitsubishi system is awesome and so quiet. The air in my home feels cleaner and fresher. I love my Mitsubishi system!! I love that I got to work directly with Keith on picking my new system instead of a salesman. Keith knows me and knows my house and what type of HVAC system I would need. This has been a wonderful transition to a new system. Keith, Jay and Alex you guys ROCK!!! You were thoughtful, careful, considerate, respectful, cleaned up everything, explained everything and answered all my questions and more!! You went above and beyond as always. The quality of your work is exceptional and unbeatable!! I couldn't be happier.
Keith, you are beyond awesome!! You are the reason I decided to purchase my new system. I wouldn't trust anyone else or any other company.
I would also like to thank Sasha. Sasha, you are an angel. Your heart is so kind and caring. You always go above and beyond. You guided me thru the entire paperwork process and made everything seamless. You are priceless and irreplaceable. Thank you for everything!!!

Fox Family Heating, Air conditioning, I trust you!! Trust is huge to me. A friend referred you to me last year after I had a really negative experience with another company. Today, Keith and Kyle came out today to service my a/c for a tune-up and check. Keith and Kyle were exceptional!!! I learned everything about my hvac and so much more. He explained everything he would be doing. They were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves, but what I really liked is how personable they were. They listened and were just absolutely awesome!!! I felt they were completely honest with me and wanted to take the time to educate me on my system. My system is a 27 year old Trane. The company that came out last year told me how old and bad my system was trying to pursued me into buying a new one. But, Keith did the opposite today. He made me feel so good about my system and that we can keep it going as long as they make the parts...and they still make the parts for mine! 😃 They did such a great job today. I signed up for your maintenance membership too!! I also have had concerns about what if my hvac waterline leaked. Keith and Kyle installed a switch for me today that, should my system leak, the unit will shut off automatically. So, I no longer have to worry about having that problem! Newer systems have them but they were not required 27 years ago. Keith and Kyle, THANK YOU so much for today. Truly, thank you. See you in six months for the winter maintenance. And, when I'm ready for a new system, I look forward to working with you on the right system for me. I also love knowing when I do buy my new system from you that I deal directly with you and not a salesman. You know my system and my house and what I need. A salesman doesn't; nor will they know me as a customer like you will. I love that!! Great job today!! Fox Family I trust you guys 100%!!!
