Jay, service tech from Fox Family Heating & Air, arrived as scheduled, introduced himself, then set about performing his system check tasks. He was professional, courteous and respectful of our property. After he was finished, he met with me and reviewed the results of his inspection and test results, including photos he took of all relevant system components. I was confident that he had done a thorough job.
