Over the years, Fox has serviced my father's home and never has the service been less than superb. Every technician is efficient, straightforward, and genuinely friendly. We recently had a large job where all the ducting was replaced. As typical, the three technicians who worked from 6:45 am to nearly 7:00 pm were upbeat and friendly despite the messy tedious work. Adam in install returned on a subsequent visit to finalize the job in preparation for city inspections, and as before, he was thorough, friendly, and efficient. Fox somehow has managed to hire nothing but the kind of people who you want to get the job done right, but they are also people you would invite into your home as friends. Lastly, I will mention that no product or service is ever pushed; there is never any hard sell, just sound and thoughtful advice.
