Great experience! Mathew was prompt, professional, and quickly got our AC running again. He explained everything clearly and was very honest about what needed to be done. We were so impressed that we’re having him come back to take care of a few other things as well. Highly recommend!

Fox Heating and Air fixed our air conditioner quickly and efficiently. Carson found the problem was a blown switch and replaced the unit in no time flat and he explained the problem to us clearly. We really appreciated how quickly Fox responded to our problem.

Matthew was kind and knowledgable explaining things throughly. The Lennox part was very expensive but not his fault. Over-all a great job!

Lesane was very friendly, explained what he did to make sure system runs smoothly. Showed pictures and offered suggestions of what may be needed in future.

Chase came out to fix our AC. He diagnosed the problem. Repaired the blown fuses and checked out the unit to read additional info. He went above what was required to make sure we were good to go before summer heatwave hits.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother. This is the 2nd year that Zack has serviced her heating and air systems and she rates him 10+ in satisfaction for all areas for both systems. He represents the company well with highest marks in knowledge, ability to explain concerns he encounters with pictures and possible remedies for problems.

Nick is great at his job. He’s informative as well as being friendly. My daughter liked him too. He does have a great personality and I’m so glad he could remedy the problem so quickly, with this hot March weather ! That’s why I signed up for future inspections. Carol

Our technician Joey was great, he went above and beyond (we had routine a/c maintenance done), he was thorough and efficient. He addressed some questions we had with our furnace venting as well and was very knowledgeable. Super impressed!

I had a regular service maintenance for a checkup. Did an excellence job. Gave me a review of my HVAC's condition. I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air. Our AC went out during the first warm weather this year and the temperature in the house rose above 80 -we were miserable. But Joey saved the day! Joey came out the same day we called and went above and beyond to explain how our system works, the unusual problem he encountered and what he was doing to repair our AC every step of the way. Plus, he is just a nice, friendly guy.
Have to give a shout out to Sasha in the office also for getting service out the same day and keeping us updated.

Over the past few days my hvac was having many different problems. Nick the technician came out and diagnosed the problem and had to order the replacement part. They had it shipped in overnight so he was able to repair the hvac. Then he noticed that the inside thermostat had said as well and replaced it free of charge. He wanted to make sure I was a high priority due to health issues and I appreciate his hard work to help me and my family out. Thank you Nick.

My unit stopped working on one of the hottest evenings of the year. I was able to get an appointment with a technician the next day. Kyle was promptly on-time and very friendly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The price was affordable and service was impeccable. I would recommend Fox Family for your heating and a/c needs. I’ll definitely call them in the future.

Fox heating and Air always exceeds expectations. They did routine maintenance checks and also fixed the wrong electrical that was incorrectly done by the handyman when we replaced the thermostat. They really know what they are doing and technicians are so polite and lovely to work with.

Nick did great. He did things I’ve never seen done before. Tabs for condensation pan and flushing the condensation pipe. Removed the grates to wash the coils better. Thanks again.

Setup a pre summer AC inspection with Fox Family online and the tech, Carson, was on site the next day. Carson was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough job in checking out all components of the system, fixed the issue I was having and got me all setup for summertime. I really appreciate the job he did, and the time he took to explain everything including pictures of the system and to answer all my questions and he made sure to pause for a minute to say hi and make sure my new puppy knew he was here to help. Will absolutely be calling Fox Family again for any future AC needs.

Got many quotes and this one was close to being the best however the detail and responsiveness made us go with them over the cheapest. We love our new super quiet system and the guys were super professional.

Explained everything did a very complete service

Great experience. The crew showed up early a.m, every single person was polite, knowledgeable, hardworking and very considerate of working in my home. They put in nearly 11 hours to change my system out in 1 day. It’s only day 1 , but the new system works perfectly ,is very quiet and efficient (Mitsubishi).
My experience with the initial diagnostic/ “sales” was also exceptional and no pressure. AJ was extremely experienced with HVAC systems, and gave several options to suit our needs and fit our use routine. Pricing was not the lowest, or highest but installation is an extremely important component in HVAC systems and it’s nice to have trust in the people installing. Highly recommend.

Hagen just finished my semi-annual preventive maintenance visit. He was a great communicator, and he caught a few items that needed to be addressed to avoid problems in the future. He did the Fox team proud. Thanks!

Matthew Weathers just performed an annual service on our ac system, which was installed and maintained by Fox Family. I was pleased to find that Matthew has represented the values and quality of service that I have associated with and expect from the Fox Family organization. All HVAC companies claim good customer service but I have found that Fox Family actually delivers it!

I had Fox do an hvac tuneup. Zach did a great job and offered suggested fixes without any pressure.

I’m impressed with the high level of customer service with this organization. You get in depth communication and super quick responses. I signed up for the monthly club. My tech Keoki was on time, and listened to me as I communicated the reason for the visit. He was able to service my unit and provided a solution/resolution. I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

Fox Family Heating & Air lived up to that statement. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
