Fox Family Heating and Air were great to work with. I called around looking for pricing on work. I was told I needed to have done. They worked with me on the inspection fee since I just had an inspection done and sent out Keoki. He was super professional, and spoke to me as an equal in our conversation. He confirmed that the work doesn’t need to be completed yet and also informed me of their price and it was much cheaper than their competitor. I will definitely be calling them when I am ready to have the work complete completed.

I had a tune-up of my furnace and AC. Hagen provided excellent customer service and had vast knowledge to provide clear answers for my HVAC questions and how the services work. Additionally, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. So far, I am satisfied with my decision to give my business to Fox Family.

Called Fox Family based on their Google reviews, for what we were hoping wouldn’t be a diagnostic followed by an upsell and we were so happy to have found a truly honest company. Hagen came out looked over our AC & gave us the great news that it was a simple fix & made a new customer for life.

We have a Fox Family Heating and Air maintenance agreement for almost two years now. Before, every winter the heater would give out and every summer, the air conditioning would give out! Not had one issue since they started taking care of our unit. Highly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air.

Fox family heating and air conditioning service has been out to my home three times. The first time was in response to my unit having a problem, and the second and third time was my seasonal preventative maintenance program that I signed up for. Each time I found them to be prompt, professional, and willing to explain what they were doing and why. I give them my highest recommendation!

Fox Family Heating and Air is superb. Jay did our maintenance. Very professional and pleasant and very capable. Showed me photos of all that he checked, and gave me a checklist. Highly recommend; we have used them for years. They did a great job replacing our unit with a new Bosch system a couple of years ago. We are on their maintenance plan for $15 a month. It gives you discounts too.

Fox Family Heating and Air installed my HVAC system 6 years ago and have maintained it since. We have an annual maintenance plan that is affordable and insures the system stays in great working order. Keoki Spaeth is my current technician and did a great job explaining his findings I always recommend Fox to folks looking for a local HVAC company

Routine spring testing. The technician, Keoki, did a quick and clean job on site. He tested the system thoroughly and provided pictures and recommendations. Respectful of property (disposable booties). Pricing is reasonable. Staff is always friendly.

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently. When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate. “Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

Everyone from the office to the technician are very friendly and knowledgeable in there job.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
