Joey came today to do our prepaid furnace tuneup and was very friendly and thorough. I appreciated getting a paper report again at the end to keep at our house. I will be requesting Joey when we have our a/c tuneup in a few months.

My service was for unit inspection and filter replacement as part of my contract agreement when Fox sold me and installed a new HVAC system one year ago. I am very pleased with Fox Heating and Air. Their whole crew has been Top Notch so far.

I've been utilizing the Fox Family Heating & Air company for over a year now and I continue to be impressed with their services. Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous review in order to write this one.
Today, I had a routine check up on my system located in the attic and I had the pleasure of meeting Service Tech, Zachary. Immediately I was greeted me with a friendly smile and he explained what he was here to do. After approx 30 min, he & I sat down and he provided a thorough explanation of each photo he took of my system. My system was running great and he provided zero predatory upsales tactics. He explained a few optional choices and went about his day. Simple, professional, and hassel free.
I 100% would recommend Fox Family Heating & Air to anyone with Heating & Air issues.

Noticed our AC unit wasn't cooling, so I did some extensive research to find a company that wasn't a massive scam machine and also wasn't a one-person show,...

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

“Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

Everyone from the office to the technician are very friendly and knowledgeable in there job.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

Loved Ryan! He come out to give us an estimate on replacing our heating and air. He went up to our attic on found a vent that was totally apart. He said let me fix that for you first instead of selling you a new system. Thank you Fox Family!!!

Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning Came out to our house to Fix one of our Heat Pumps.....It was a simple fix, reasonable price, Very personable service man, extremely nice and informative, no high pressure to buy "new" units, even though ours were quite old. This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself.

When Ryan and I talked about my purchasing a new HVAC system, he said “We are ALL about reputation. We never do anything that might jeopardize that”. Fox Family Heating & Air lived up to that statement. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
