The technician Zach arrived at the exact time I was told. He was very polite and had a great attitude. He explained how long service would be. When service was done he thoroughly went over every detail of the maintenance, showing photos of my whole system. He answered all of my questions with great knowledge. He even went above and beyond to explain and fix a concern I had with a vent noise. I absolutely love the service I get from Fox. Thank you Zach for your great customer service today.

Nick has given excellent service. The HVAC unit is old and needing maintenance and parts. Nick was very honest and knowledgeable. Another company just said,, "you need to replace the whole unit". Nick said the unit is old with limited life span, but it can be repaired. I appreciate the Fox approach to customer service!!!!

On December 23, 2025 Matthew, a Fox Family HVAC technician, completed the fall inspection of my Mitsubishi HVAC system. He was very polite, thorough and a spent time answering all of my questions. All of my experiences with Fox Family HVAC have been very positive including the installation of two Mitsubishi mini-split systems.

Matt was very thorough and effectively communicated the next steps for my system.

Matthew was courteous, explained what he was doing and pleasant to be around. I would love to have him back for future service.

I've used Fox Family for the past couple of years, nursing my ancient HVAC through its final days. They've always been responsive, honest, patient, and caring. I trust them. I recently scheduled to have my 26 year old system replaced, as I'm concerned about it giving up in the middle of a heat wave. Project Manager, Keoki, has been extremely helpful, informative and responsive to my needs in this matter. I will update after the system is installed. I highly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air.

I finally bit the bullet and had my new HVAC installed by Fox. The project took one day (starting promptly as 7AM) and went without a problem. They even returned with two new ceiling grates to replace the existing ones that were original to the house. The system works great and I am very relieved not having to worry about whether my AC will work or not when I turn it on. I no longer have to fear heat waves. At any rate, my experience with Fox was smooth and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Update: I just had a six month service on my new HVAC, which works great. The Fox technician, Marco, was very friendly and highly professional. He showed me how to replace the filters, which are now located inside the furnace rather than in the hallway ceiling as before. Everything looked good. I'm happy to recommend Fox for service, repairs, or a new system.

Matthew Weathers from Fox Family Heating & Air was great. He was sharp, respectful of my time, and explained what he was checking and why as he went. You can tell he actually knows his stuff. Solid work and a smooth experience.

2nd service with Fox Family and both the technician were fantastic. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home and took the time to explain everything to me and made recommendation, when asked. Sadly, I can't remember the name of my original technician, but my technician today was Mattew W.

We had Matthew from Fox Family recently do a HVAC maintenance at my rental unit. After the visit, I received the procedural call to update me on the work done. I wasn’t expecting the call late at 6:30 pm but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that in addition to the regular maintenance Matthew had found another issue with the unit and fixed it. Apparently the damper motor that controls routing of air to downstairs hadn’t been working due to faulty wiring which was in turn stopping air from blowing downstairs. Matthew not just took extra hour to get it repaired but then also spent additional time on the phone to explain the details. And all this was covered in the regular maintenance without me having to pay an extra dime! Such service is very rare to find these days. Thank you Fox Family!

When my AC stopped working recently, I began researching online for an HVAC provider. I reached out to Fox Family Heating and Air and set up a service call. I had not done business with them before so relied on research and reviews. My appointment was promptly scheduled and the office staff did a great job keeping me updated on ETA of their technician.

My service tech was Carson. He diagnosed the problem, took several pics and clearly communicated how to resolve. I didn’t feel I was being sold more than what was needed to fix the unit. Carson’s confidence gave me confidence that I had a capable technician. I have added Fox Family Heating and Air to my list of household service providers.

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
