Joey was fantastic. He came out to provide tune-up maintenance for our HVAC system. He only recommended replacement parts that absolutely needed and provided proof that they needed to be replaced.

My experience with Fox Family is always great! The crews are on time and work quickly and cleanly. Chris and Danny on the install team were awesome and did great job with installing a new whole house fan. They even navigated a tricky situation of having to accommodate a locational instillation need based on my old house. John in sales was communicative and clear about scheduling and pricing. This is the second big job I have had Fox Family do and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for HVAC needs.

We came back from vacation only to find that our air conditioner was blowing out warm air. Of course panic set in since we are experiencing unusually hot weather. I called the first person my local group said to call. Got a voicemail. I did not want to wait for someone to call me back. To be honest I still haven't gotten a call back . I began searching the internet and I came across FOX FAMILY HEATING AND AIR. What attracted me was their mission statement and what really got me was they answered the phone within three rings. I spoke with a real live person who actually listened to me and they got a person out to my home the very next day. We do not live in the city so it was amazing that they were willing to come up here. The office contacted me by phone to let me know when the technician would arrive. Again, a real person actually talking with me! The technician was professional, thorough and very informative. He was able to trouble shoot the problem, showed us exactly what went wrong and we had air again. I highly recommend Fox Heating and Air. I know that when it comes time to replace my current system I will be contacting them. So if you find yourself with issues with your heating or air, I strongly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air.

Today we had service technician Chase service our two hvac units. Chase was through and professional in his service, explaining in very understandable terms the service and condition of our units. We requested an estimate to replace one of the units and he explained the disadvantages and advantages of both the traditional hvac systems and the Mitsubishi heat exchange system. Provided information and estimate with no pressure sales. Highly recommended.

Marco Agpoon came out to inspect and ensure that our HVAC system was running efficiently as part of our maintenance package. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. He made recommendations for our best interest but was not pushy at all. I have had Fox Family take care of my HVAC maintenance for the past 8 years. On my latest spring preventative maintenance visit, Alex identified a few issues that could potentially cause failures in the coming hot months. He was very thorough and explained everything regarding the repairs and costs. Decided to include the installation of a whole house fan at the same time. Again, pricing was exceptional!! Chris & Danny arrived yesterday to make the repairs to my HVAC unit and install the whole house fan. They went over the installation specifics upon arrival, helped me choose the perfect spot for the whole house fan, put down protection for my floors and vacuumed thoroughly when they were finished, and taught me how to effectively use the whole house fan. I am ready for the dreaded summer heat. Highly recommend Fox Family Heating & Air Conditioning preventative maintenance plan. They will catch problems before they become failures... because nobody wants a system failure during the summer around here!!! Their pricing for preventative maintenance and repairs are exceptional and their employees are phenomenal!

Zack did a very thorough job with his semi-annual inspection of our heat pump, and added a water sensor to our drain pan. His service was exemplary.

Had a tech named Marco come out and perform a pre-season tuneup on my air conditioning unit (full disclosure, I used a $75 coupon I found on the company website). Marco was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He showed me pictures of everything he checked and everything he did as part of the job. Scheduling the service was painless and easy, as well. This was my first time using Fox Family, but overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend them for this particular job. I'll likely be checking them out for future services, as well!

We had Jalen out to our house today to deal with an electrical issue with the wiring to the AC unit that Fox installed in May 2024. We are back in operation! They’ve been really great and professional working with them during my HVAC replacement nearly 2 years ago and the subsequent follow-ups for routine tune ups that are included during those first 2 years. I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
