Zach was very pleasant & helpful. Unfortunately, the A/C couldn't be repaired, but he accepted that installing a new unit wasn't an option for me at this time. He also, went into the attic & "reset" the whole house fan, which should really help since there is no A/C. Very, very helpful young man. It was a much better experience than I could have imagined.

The technicians, Matthew and Destin, were very professional, efficient, and friendly. I am highly satisfied with their performance and service.

Was prompted to call when our home ac stopped cooling. Phone was picked up fairly quickly. Phone staff is very kind and was able to get a technician out same day. Jalen was our technician. Gave a courtesy call when he was close to arrival. He took the time to inspect and explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

My technician today, Lesane was great. He looked at everything and gave me plenty of pictures. Also, I told him I was having an issue with my airflow. He got up there and tried to figure out what was going on. He double-checked it when we tried to test it and realized it wasn't working like he thought, so we went up and double-checked it. Great service, great attitude. I appreciate the customer service. Like always, I appreciate Fox. They do a great job.Great customer service

Keoki has come out to our house before for routine scheduled maintenance of our HVAC system, which Fox Family installed a few years ago. (In one day! Seriously.) Our system has performed flawlessly from the get-go, Fox is terrific, and so is Keoki. He’s all the things you’d want in a service technician: professional, personable, polite, punctual, and proficient-plus. Thanks, Fox and Keoki!

The teck, Keoki Spaeth was good. He wore shoe covers in the house. He gave us 2 options for repair & explained each well. He showed me photos of everything he did to the unit & didn't hard sell, but told me about the advantages of option 2. We were surprised the unit needed such expensive repair when only 6 years old. The older unit lasted 20 years, NO repairs but when it broke it died! It's a Rheem so don't think it's a reflection on Fox, just nothing is made to last anymore I guess!?! I have been very please with this company.

Had Fox Family out for a seasonal tune-up, and Zach was great. He showed up on time, was professional, and did thorough work with no upsell pressure. System's running well. Easy 5 stars.

We've been using this company for so long that this review is really overdue. We had them put in a new system for us at our previous home something like a decade ago and we were very happy with the work they did and the system they installed. So much so that when we moved last year to a home that had an older system in need of a revamp, they were our first and only call. Once we have someone we trust, we hang onto them. Destin and Matthew came by today to do a routine tuneup for us. Like everyone else we've interacted with in this company, they were friendly, professional, and overall wonderful to work with.

I’ve never called anyone to inspect HVAC before. Hagen came out for tuneup and maintenance. He was incredibly professional and explained every step of the way.

Regular routine service as part of a recent HVAC install. Matthew and Destin were thorough and detailed, provided a full checkout and summary of the inspection, were prompt and respectful of the home. Would recommend!

I only needed a routine maintenance check on my 5-year-old HVAC system, and Fox Family delivered exactly what I was looking for. Zach was professional, courteous, and performed a very thorough inspection for $75. He checked the air filter, thermostat operation, electrical components, capacitor, contactor, blower, refrigerant levels, temperature split, condensate drain, outdoor condenser, and overall system performance, along with many other items as part of a comprehensive inspection. The best part was that no repairs were needed, and Zack gave me an honest assessment without trying to sell me something I didn't need. He did mention Fox Family's maintenance membership, which I completely understand, but there was absolutely no pressure to sign up. I really appreciated the straightforward and honest approach. Based on this experience, I plan to use Fox Family again for future maintenance and will likely contact them when I'm ready to install a new thermostat. Thanks, Zach, for the excellent service!

Both the office staff and technicians have consistently been very helpful in responding to emergency repairs and appointments. They have also been patient and informative about regular maintenance as well as efficient use of the equipment. All the technicians served so far were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Most recently, Terrell performed summer service for the new system that they installed last winter. He was excellent.

July 2026 Jalen was back and once again handled my seasonal maintenance and the needed repairs with professionalism and care. Dec 2025 Jalen did a fantastic job on my seasonal maintenance - professional and courteous. Explained things clearly. April 2025 Second time Fox has been to my home. Lesane did a great job. Very thorough and gave me a tour of the system parts that are beginning to wear and upgrade options. January 2025 First time I have hired Fox but have worked with many HVAC companies through the years - both commercial and residential. Marco was terrific.

The technician Jay was great. Very friendly. Thorough. Took the time to explain everything to me. Went over everything that he did. I’ve been using these guys for a long time now and will continue to. I totally recommend them. Definitely a very honest company. Well I was going to mention how great Jalen is too. Apparently I forgot to hit post. So let me just say Jalen went above and beyond today. He came to diagnose my problem. He also explained everything to me. I haven’t been disappointed by anybody in this company. I haven’t ever had a business that I love so much. Between our home and duplex I can rest assured our A/C and heater are in good hands. So is our whole house fan. If I could just get them to do plumbing I would be set. Thank you you guys! Terri
