Jalen filled in last-minute for the worker who was scheduled to perform my seasonal HVAC system maintenance, and he was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He communicated with me throughout the service visit, and when he finished he talked me through everything he did, using photos he took to illustrate his points. I’d be more than happy to have Jalen back for my next maintenance visit. He’s yet another great rep for Fox Family Heating and Air.

We first met this company when they installed our new HVAC system 8 years ago. Bought a home where the system was original 1996. We had home warranty but wanted the whole thing replaced.

Fox did an amazing job and we still continue to have them do a maintenance check twice a year. Matthew came out this week and spent an hour testing everything then went through all the results and explained it well. We are so glad that we selected them almost 10 years ago.

Received an excellent service from our first maintenance on our new unit today. Jalen was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he did and the result of the service during the visit. He is a great asset to the company. I am also very grateful for him as he was able to clear out one of our smaller hvac filters which was filled with years of bird droppings that we didn’t know about that could have potentially make us sick from inhaling it. Joey spent a good hour inspecting the heating system and rechecking issue with the ac. Very professional job. Explained in detail what should be done, and what could wait.

Noticed our AC unit wasn't cooling, so I did some extensive research to find a company that wasn't a massive scam machine and also wasn't a one-person show,...

I just had another periodic assessment of our three year old HVAC system which we purchased from Fox. The assessment was conducted by Mr. Lesane Noble which envolved evaluating our two separate HVAC systems which involved the HVAC components in our attic and components outside our home. Mr. Noble did a great job of discussing all the items he evaluated and tested. He answered all of our questions and explained his written assessment he indicated he would give us a copy. He also showed us pictures of our HVAC components. We want to personally thank Mr. Noble for doing a great assessment of his periodic inspection of our HVAC systems which we are very pleased with its performance. We recommend Mr Noble be given a Five Star Rating of his performance for us.

We've been very happy with this company for our HVAC issues. Patrick has come out twice now to look at our (old) heater and he suggested that we have it replaced. He was able to arrange the install tomorrow, which is amazing since he came out today! We will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs and we trust Patricks advice.

After having two different companies send us salesmen instead of HVAC technicians, we called Fox Family on the recommendation of a friend. They came out and repaired my mother-in-law’s aging unit quickly and efficiently.

When our own unit stopped blowing warm air, they came out the next day and fixed it without having to order parts. We just had them out to replace our thermostat and the technician got it installed for considerably less than the original estimate.

“Fast, honest, and friendly” is a perfect description of Fox Family Heating and Air.

Everyone from the office to the technician are very friendly and knowledgeable in there job.

The serviceman identified our problem in minutes, turned out to be very minor. He spent another 45 minutes checking out our system. Gave us good info on our ducting without trying to sell us any unnecessary service. Would definitely use them again!

Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning Came out to our house to Fix one of our Heat Pumps.....It was a simple fix, reasonable price, Very personable service man, extremely nice and informative, no high pressure to buy "new" units, even though ours were quite old. This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

I highly recommend Fox heating and air. They installed a new HVAC Heat pump system. The whole process was very professional from the inspection and bid to the installation itself.

In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Plus they all were all SO nice! I would highly recommend them!
