The service technician Keoki who came today was great. Did a very through inspection of both ac and furnace equipments did necessary maintenance and went over with me the areas he inspected and maintained. Highly recommend fox and family heating and air.

Update: Hagen was an absolute pleasure. My a/c wasn’t as cold as it had previously been. He came and inspected my system, found the problem, and fixed it. Hagen was so personable and friendly. He is the epitome of customer service. Thank you Fox for once again taking great care of me! Update: Carson came out to service my furnace today for its annual maintenance check. He did an excellent job ensuring that the system was functioning per factory specifications and reviewed what he did before he left. He also changed my air filters (which I supplied). I appreciate everything Carson did and highly recommend him and Fox Family Heating and Air. Update. Matthew did a very thorough job for my maintenance today. I was pleased with the service he provided. I highly recommend Fox! I just had my first maintenance with Joshua. He was very thorough. In addition to checking out the unit itself he took the time to re-secure a couple of the vent grates that had come down. Joshua made sure everything was clean before he left and took the time to address all of my concerns. I was very pleased with Joshua’s service. He definitely was an excellent representative of the company! From my very first phone call everything was excellent. Sasha was personable and professional. I was extremely appreciative that she was able to schedule a same day appointment for me to repair my a/c. The repairman, Carson, was a model employee. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional as well. Carson immediately assessed what was wrong and fixed my a/c unit on the spot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for having extraordinary employees. It was because of them that I signed up for your membership plan as well as decided to purchase a new HVAC system from your company. I had received estimates from a number of companies; however, those companies didn't have the same qualities that I admired so much about your company. I look forward to a long relationship!

Nick from Fox Family was on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He educated me about the HVAC system, showed me how to maintain it, and, when I asked if there were any air quality upgrades I could do, showed me an ionization unit that does that. I purchased it, and he installed it on today's visit. I signed up for the club membership and got discounts applied to the total. I’m very happy to have found Fox Family.

10/09/2026 Mac was our technician for a routine heating inspection. Mac did amazing work and helped patch an issue found in our furnace. We will have another appointment soon for a permanent fix and hope Mac will be there to get it done. Thank you Mac - Appreciate your hard work.

He came to my home to inspect my HVAC heating and cooling system, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me pictures of what he found, and patiently addressed all of my concerns. He was caring, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I truly appreciated that he made sure I understood what was going on with my system rather than simply completing the inspection and moving on. My HVAC system is only two years old, and I’ve had several technicians come to my home to address issues with it. Honestly, none of those experiences has been as satisfying as the service I received from Destin. He is one of the best technicians I’ve ever had work on my home, and I’m extremely grateful for the excellent service he provided. Destin is a true professional and a credit to his company! I discovered Fox Family Heating and Air a number of years ago and loved them! They are now my only go to company for any of my heating and air conditioner needs. I signed up for their annual service years ago and had my bi annual check and maintenance done today and Zach Ottinger was my technician today and he just reiterated how much I love this company. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a delight. I have come to realize that all of their technicians are amazing which just confirms what I've known for a few years now.
